Acconeer safety feature impresses in new Volvo EX90 walkthrough

Autotrader just launched their full walkthrough of the new Volvo EX90, showing Acconeer’s interior detection system. Acconeer’s market leading radar sensors can easily fit on the tip of a finger but are still able to safely register a sleeping baby in a child seat and/or left behind pets in the cabin, providing yet another safety feature to the Volvo experience.

“The car has an internal radar sensor that can scan the vehicle for occupants if you are absent minded enough to leave anyone or anything living left inside.”

Our radar sensor scans the cabin as well as the trunk, alerting the driver if anyone is left behind when attempting to lock the car.
