The radar technology company Acconeer AB now announces plans for AEC Q-100 certification. Since Acconeer's launch of the A1 sensor in Q1 2018, it has been JEDEC certified for consumer electronics.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The A1 sensor AEC Q-100 grade 3 certification, which covers the temperatures -40\u00b0C – +85\u00b0C, will be completed by Q3 2020 and grade 2 certification, which covers the temperatures -40\u00b0C – +105\u00b0C, will be completed by Q2 2022.<\/p>\n

Lars Lindell, CEO Acconeer, comments: "With the announcement of our first project which covers three car models we are now taking the step to acquire the certifications necessary for the automotive industry. The dates we are announcing are based on RFQ processes that ALPS ALPINE is participating in and can be advanced should it be necessary for winning business".<\/p>\n
