Acconeer receives order from Nexty Electronics worth USD 110,000

The order relates to Acconeer’s A121 Pulsed Coherent Radar sensor for delivery in May 2026 and is intended for mass production of cars. Nexty is a leading Japanese distributor with a particularly strong position in the automotive industry.

Acconeer receives first volume order for next generation radar sensor

The order of USD 120 000 comes from Nexty Electronics and relates to Acconeer’s first product in the A2 family, the A212 Pulsed Coherent Radar sensor. The order is intended for mass production in the automotive industry and will be used by a European premium car manufacturer for several in-cabin use cases with planned delivery in Q1 2026.

The A2 is Acconeer’s second generation product family and the world’s first multichannel Pulsed Coherent Radar (PCR) solution. The advanced capabilities will enable Acconeer to address new, high value use cases and markets. Development started in 2021, and in December 2024 the chip design for the production variant was finalized. After months of testing and validation our lead customer has now issued a first volume order.

CEO Ted Hansson comments: “The A2 product family is a large investment for Acconeer, where a lot of hard work has been put in over several years. Receiving the first volume order is a major milestone and with it we are taking the next step towards commercialization and having a broader, more advanced product portfolio.”

This order relates to a previously announced design win for a new platform with a European premium car manufacturer. This is the first volume order for those design wins, and Acconeer is working closely together with the customer to ensure quality of the solution and delivery on time.

Acconeer receives order from BEYD worth USD 183 000

The order relates to Acconeer’s A111 and A121 Pulsed Coherent Radar sensors and will be delivered within April 2026. BEYD is one of Acconeer’s Chinese distributors and an important sales channel for the company.

Acconeer receives order for occupant detection in public transport worth USD 100k

The order comes from JM Elektronik and relates to Acconeer’s XM122 Pulsed Coherent Radar module for an occupant detection application with planned delivery in Q1 2026. JM Elektronik is a leading contract manufacturer based in Poland.

Interim report Q3 2025: EBIT positive result and record revenue

In the third quarter of 2025, Acconeer achieved one of the company’s communicated financial targets – an EBIT positive result. Sales amounted to a record high of 16,544 kSEK, an increase of 13% compared to the same quarter in 2024. The company sold 285,000 sensors at a gross margin of 57% and noted 13 new customer launches.

CEO Ted Hansson comments: “This quarter marks an important step forward for Acconeer and I am proud that we are showing an EBIT positive result despite the headwind of a falling dollar exchange rate. We made progress in all our product areas and saw particularly strong growth in the level measurement and container monitoring segments.”

THIRD QUARTER

  • Net sales for the third quarter amounted to kSEK 16,544 (14,604).
  • The gross margin on sales of goods was 57 (61) %.
  • Result after taxes amounted to kSEK 448 (-4,316).
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution was SEK 0.01 (-0.07) SEK.
  • The cash flow from operating activities was kSEK 1,022 (-3,896).

JANUARY – SEPTEMBER

  • The gross margin on sales of goods was 59 (60)%.
  • Result after taxes amounted to kSEK -14,481 (-23,487).
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution was SEK -0.21 (-0.47).
  • The cash flow from operating activities was kSEK -13,147 (-22,394).
  • Cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet date amounted to kSEK 55,454 (73,337)

The order relates to Acconeer’s Pulsed Coherent Radar Module XM132 and will be shipped during the fourth quarter of 2025. The modules will be used for customer mass production of level measurement devices.

Acconeer receives order from Nexty worth USD 190,000

The order relates to Acconeer’s A121 Pulsed Coherent Radar-sensor and is the first volume order for the previously announced design wins with a leading Japanese car manufacturer. These design wins apply to the access control use case, which enables touchless opening of the trunk lid. Delivery of the order will be done in 2025.

Interim report Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, Acconeer’s net sales amounted to 10,535 kSEK and the gross margin was 60%. The company sold approximately 200,000 radar sensors, and 13 new customer products were launched.

CEO Ted Hansson comments: “We saw a strong growth in level measurement, presence detection and cargo and container monitoring, where we received several large orders. At the same time, the automotive industry continues to be slow, which has a negative impact on the total revenue. However, we see that our revenues from the automotive industry are increasing already in the third quarter and in the medium to long term it looks very promising.”

SECOND QUARTER

  • Net sales for the second quarter amounted to kSEK 10,535 (15,138).
  • The gross margin on sales of goods was 60 (61)%.
  • Result after taxes amounted to kSEK -8,133 (-6, 930).
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution was SEK -0.11 (-0.12) SEK.
  • The cash flow from operating activities was kSEK -7,508 (-6,280).

FIRST SIX MONTHS

  • Net sales for the first six months amounted to kSEK 24,144 (26,436).
  • The gross margin on sales of goods was 61 (59) %.
  • Result after taxes amounted to kSEK -14,929 (-19,171).
  • Earnings per share before and after dilution was SEK 0.23 (-0.44).
  • The cash flow from operating activities was kSEK – 14,169 (-18,498).
  • Cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet date amounted to kSEK 69,570 (109,017).
