Acconeer completes a directed new share issue raising approximately SEK 65 million
Yesterday we announced that the board of directors of Acconeer AB has resolved on and carried out a directed new share issue of 4,062,000 shares. The subscription price of the shares in the directed new share issue amounts to SEK 16 per share.

More than four EVKs sold per day during Q4
Last week Acconeer’s year-end report for 2019 was released, and among the highlights is the fact that 430 evaluation kits were sold during Q4. This is more than four EVKs per day, well over the goal to sell three kits per day.
