ZDD-1 from Zenitel

The ZDD-1 from Zenitel combines advanced audio technology and HD video quality with weather-resistant and robust radar sensing from Acconeer. The A121 radar sensor is used as a presence detector, automatically turning on and off the touch screen display when presence is detected in the selected range. With this feature, the ZDD-1 has extremely low power consumption.

Thanks to the radar’s ability to make readings even when placed behind materials such as plastic, the ZDD-1 can offer a rugged and robust casing, protecting the device from the harsh environment it is intended to be installed in. Integration is easy and the need for design alteration is non-existent due to the size of the A121.

A smart access system powered by Acconeer radar offers endless possibilities and greatly improves the user experience. It can detect human presence at distances of up to 7 meters and identify the direction of movement. With configurable smart detection zones, you can optimize performance, reduce power consumption, and ensure the device is active only when it is truly needed.
