No member of the Board or the senior management have any family relationship with or is otherwise a related party to any other member, with the exception of Bengt Gunnar and Git Ann-Louise Sturesjö, who are husband and wife.

As far as Acconeer is aware, no member of the Board or the senior management has any interests that are contrary to the interests of the company. Nor are there any potential conflicts of interests arising from the private interests or other commitments of any member of the Board or senior management. However, as indicated above, several members of the Board and senior management have financial interests in the Company through holdings of shares and subscription warrants. Some of the members of the Board and senior management have also provided consultancy services for the Company in addition to their appointments. More information about this can be found in the section “Related party transactions”.

No member of the Board or senior management has been involved in bankruptcy, liquidation, bankruptcy administration or fraud-related legal proceedings in the past five (5) years. Nor has in the past five (5) years any accusations and/or sanctions been levelled against any of these individuals by any public authority or professional association, and none of them have in the past five (5) years been prohibited by a court of law from being a member of a company’s administrative, management or control bodies, or from holding managerial or senior functions in a company.
